1. Your booking

Sacred India Retreat 2027 is hosted by Keśari (Nrikeśarī Dāsa). The departure is confirmed for 24 September 2027. These terms apply to the itinerary you select and the price and payment option shown at checkout.

Parts 1 & 2 include Govardhan Ecovillage and Mumbai, from 24 September to 4 October 2027, with 10 nights of accommodation. The complete journey continues to Māyāpur and ends on 10 October 2027, with 16 nights in total.

Reserve with payment in full or the US$249 deposit option (or its converted EUR amount) available at checkout. Keep your payment confirmation and use the same name and email address when contacting us about your booking.

2. Prices and payment plans

Base prices are in US dollars, per person. You can select EUR at reservation to see converted euro prices and pay Stripe in euros. The selected currency and euro amounts are fixed when you book, including any instalment schedule. Parts 1 & 2 cost US$1,495. The complete journey costs US$2,495 at the early-bird rate until 31 December 2026 at 11:59 pm AEDT, and US$3,495 from 1 January 2027. Any valid discount is shown at checkout.

The Parts 1 & 2 payment plan is a US$249 deposit at reservation followed by 10 monthly instalments of US$124.60. The complete early-bird plan is a US$249 deposit followed by 10 monthly instalments of US$224.60. These totals match the respective package prices before discounts. EUR plans charge the converted deposit and 10 monthly instalments in EUR; the final instalment includes any rounding adjustment. Billing ends after the tenth instalment.

The first instalment is scheduled one month after checkout, followed by monthly billing. If the billing date does not occur in a month, it moves to that month’s final day. The plan ends after the stated number of instalments; it is not an ongoing membership. Use the payment options and schedule displayed at checkout for your booking.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Your card provider may apply currency-conversion or banking charges. If a payment fails or you need to discuss your plan, contact Keśari so your booking can be reviewed with you.

3. Deposit refunds and booking changes

Your reservation deposit (US$249, or the EUR amount charged at checkout) is 100% refundable if you cancel at least six months before the retreat begins — by 24 March 2027. To request cancellation and a deposit refund, email info@kesari.life with your name and booking details.

This confirmed refund policy covers the deposit. For a cancellation after 24 March 2027, payments beyond the deposit, a booking paid in full, or a request to transfer your place, contact Keśari for the arrangements applicable to your booking. No additional refund amount or cancellation charge is specified here.

If you are paying by instalments, include this in your cancellation request so the team can address the payment schedule and confirm any changes in writing. Keep a copy of the correspondence.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

4. What your package includes

Accommodation is in shared deluxe double rooms with air conditioning: 10 nights for Parts 1 & 2, or 16 nights for the complete journey. Stays are at Govardhan Ecovillage, Juhu temple accommodation and, for the complete journey, Soul to Soul Guesthouse in Māyāpur.

Three vegetarian, sattvic meals per day are included throughout your selected programme, together with facilitated yoga, meditation, breathwork, Ayurveda workshops, kirtan, reflection practices, guided temple experiences, nature walks and support from the retreat team.

Two Ayurvedic spa treatments at Govardhan Ecovillage are included, such as Abhyanga (oil massage) or Shirodhara. Individual Jyotisha and Ayurvedic consultations are not included.

Included transport covers the transfer from Mumbai airport to Govardhan Ecovillage, taxi transport back to Mumbai and the itinerary’s ferry journey. The complete journey also includes the Mumbai–Kolkata (Calcutta) flight and taxi transfer to Māyāpur.

5. Expenses you arrange separately

International flights, visa costs, travel insurance, personal medical expenses, snacks, shopping and treatments beyond the two included are separate expenses.

Additional nights, meals or activities outside your selected programme are not included. A private-room upgrade is subject to availability and an agreed additional quote.

For travel outside the included transfers, extra baggage or any optional expense, ask the team for the applicable arrangements and cost before making a separate booking.

6. Rooms, meals and individual needs

Guests of all ages are welcome, including solo travellers, couples and families. Share your room-sharing preferences and any arrangements needed for children with Keśari before booking.

Please tell us about dietary requirements, allergies, mobility needs and any other support needs in advance. We will discuss what can be accommodated with you; a specific arrangement should be confirmed directly with the team.

7. Travel preparation

The retreat begins near Mumbai. Parts 1 & 2 finish in Mumbai; the complete journey finishes in Māyāpur, with Kolkata as the onward-flight airport. Coordinate your arrival time and transfer meeting point with the team before arranging international flights.

You are responsible for obtaining the passport, visa and travel documents required for your circumstances. Share passenger information accurately for any included transport bookings and check the itinerary and baggage allowance supplied for your flight.

Travel insurance is arranged separately. Choose cover appropriate to your itinerary and personal circumstances, and discuss any insurance requirements with the team.

8. Taking part in the retreat

Come with respect for fellow guests, the retreat team and the temples and communities we visit. Follow local dress guidance and the practical instructions given by guides and transport providers.

Activities include yoga, walking, a mountain hike, temple visits and boat travel. Let the team know if you would prefer to sit out an activity or need an adjustment so suitable arrangements can be discussed.

Wellbeing activities and spa treatments do not replace your individual medical care. Bring any personal medication and seek advice from your own healthcare professional where relevant to your participation.

9. Itinerary and communication

The retreat departure is confirmed. Day-to-day timings and the order of activities may be adjusted for local conditions, transport schedules, weather or temple access.

The team will communicate any material change directly, including the available options and applicable refund rights. Changes to a guest’s booking or payment arrangements should be confirmed in writing.

If you have a concern before or during the retreat, contact Keśari or the retreat team so it can be addressed promptly.

10. Your contact and payment details

Information you submit with an enquiry is shared with Keśari so he can respond. Booking and travel details are used to communicate with you and arrange your selected retreat. Share only the information needed for those arrangements.

If you use WhatsApp or the call calendar, those services handle the information you provide through them. Card details are entered through Stripe’s payment form.
