The root of the work

Change the conditions.

Many people spend years trying to heal while continuing to live in the conditions that made them unwell: the same stress, nervous-system overload, emotional pressure, habits, and pace of life. Yoga Therapy looks at the body, breath, nervous system, and daily life as one interconnected whole, changing the patterns that quietly sustain symptoms. The goal is not temporary relief, but sustainable internal change.

What conditions are continuously creating the imbalance?

Common patterns underneath the symptoms

  • Chronic stress
  • Overstimulation
  • Emotional suppression
  • Nervous system overload
  • Poor breathing patterns
  • Lack of recovery
  • Disconnection from the body
  • Unsustainable lifestyle rhythms
  • Unconscious behavioural cycles
What Yoga Therapy Is

Not a class. A sustainable Lifestyle.

This is not…

  • Group fitness yoga
  • Stretching for flexibility
  • Performance or aesthetics
  • Generic “relaxation” content
  • Symptom suppression
  • One-size-fits-all routines

The work integrates…

  • Therapeutic movement
  • Breathwork
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Mindfulness
  • Meditation
  • Behavioural awareness
  • Emotional regulation
  • Lifestyle transformation
  • Ayurvedic principles

The intention is not to "fix" you. The intention is helping you create the internal conditions where healing becomes more possible.

What We Explore

Personalised to your body, nervous system, and life.

Every consultation is personalised according to your body, nervous system, history, symptoms, and current capacity. Together, we may explore:

Stress & Anxiety

Chronic Stress & Anxiety

Persistent anxiety, restlessness, racing thoughts, and a system that no longer knows how to settle — explored through the breath, the body, and the patterns of daily life that quietly sustain the state.

Burnout & Depletion

Burnout & Emotional Exhaustion

When pushing harder is no longer working. We work with depletion, fatigue, emotional flatness, and the long-held habit of overriding the body — restoring real recovery rather than another stimulant.

Nervous System

Nervous System Dysregulation

Hyper-vigilance, shutdown, reactivity, sensitivity to overstimulation, and difficulty feeling safe in the body. Therapeutic breathwork and movement help rebuild capacity for regulation over time.

Pain & Tension

Chronic Tension & Pain

Recurring neck, shoulder, jaw, back, and hip tension that no amount of stretching ever fully releases. Often a nervous system story, not a flexibility story. We work where the holding actually lives.

Sleep & Recovery

Sleep & Restoration

Trouble winding down, waking through the night, restless thinking, light or unrefreshing sleep. Sleep is rebuilt by addressing the conditions of the day, not by adding another bedtime routine.

The 10 Domains of Wellbeing

Healing happens across the whole of life.

Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, Yoga Therapy — grounded in the Svastha tradition — considers the whole human experience across 10 interconnected domains. Every domain shapes wellbeing.

01

Habits & Change

Lasting change emerges from small, sustainable shifts repeated over time — the real ground of healing.

02

Awareness

Healing begins with seeing the patterns that have been running the system. Awareness creates the possibility for everything that follows.

03

Emotions

Most people have never learned to process emotion safely in the body. Breath, movement, and awareness rebuild that capacity.

04

Thoughts

Overthinking, perfectionism, and chronic mental pressure are addressed as practice — not as something to argue with intellectually.

05

Breath

The breath is the most direct lever into the nervous system. Working here changes stress, sleep, focus, and emotional regulation.

06

Movement

Practice adapted to your body, injuries, and energy — building resilience and mobility without draining the system that needs to heal.

07

Nutrition

Digestion and nutrition shape the nervous system as much as the body. Ayurvedic principles ground practical, liveable change.

08

Lifestyle

Technology, noise, information, and pace silently overload the nervous system. We rebuild conditions where regulation is possible.

09

Relationships

Boundaries, communication, and relational dynamics shape health more than most people realise. Healing rarely happens in isolation.

10

Meaning & Purpose

Many people are depleted not only by exhaustion, but by disconnection from creativity, joy, and purpose. Purpose itself is therapeutic.

Testimonials

What clients say after Yoga Therapy work.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals navigating chronic stress, burnout, pain, nervous system dysregulation, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, trauma recovery, and major life transitions.

I honestly didn’t realise how much I was holding in my body until I started working with Kesari. I was living with constant anxiety and that wired-but-tired feeling, and I didn’t really know how to switch off. The breathing practices helped me feel safe in myself again. Thank you, Kesari — I feel like I can finally exhale.

I came to Kesari after years of pushing through burnout and pretending I was fine 😮‍💨. What surprised me was how practical the work felt ✨ — not just “try to relax”, but actually looking at the patterns keeping me stuck. I’m calmer, clearer, and no longer waking up already exhausted. Honestly, I needed this 🙏🌿

I booked with Kesari because my neck and shoulders were constantly tight, but it ended up changing much more than my pain. We looked at my breathing, stress, emotions, and daily habits, and suddenly everything started making more sense ✨. My body feels lighter and I feel lighter too. So grateful for this work.

As a psychologist, I understood stress intellectually, but I still couldn’t always feel regulated in my own body. Kesari helped me experience the difference through breath 🌿, restorative movement, and simple practices I could actually use. It’s made such a difference to my anxiety and everyday life. Thank you, Kesari — genuinely grateful.
