For over a decade, Nrikeśarī has immersed himself in the study and practice of Yoga, Ayurveda, Vedic astrology, Vedānta, meditation, and Vedic wisdom. He spent six years living as a monk in temples and āśrams across India, Australia, Mexico, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States — dedicated to daily practice, contemplative living, and the study of traditional knowledge systems. Through these living traditions, he has served more than 500 clients and students.
Rather than offering temporary solutions or surface-level advice, his work focuses on addressing imbalance at the root — through practical, sustainable, and deeply personalised guidance.
Every teaching offered here was first received. It descends, hand to hand and heart to heart, from the ancient seers who heard it — through the guru who carried it across the world — down to the living teachers who continue it now. These are the ones to whom everything is owed.
I offer my respectful obeisances to my spiritual master, Devamrita Swami, whose exceptional skill in sharing Bhakti Yoga, compassionate service, and dedication to Śrīla Prabhupāda’s mission have helped make this wisdom accessible throughout the Western world.
I offer my respectful obeisances to all Vedic seers and ṛṣis—past and present—
whose realised vision continues to illuminate the path of wisdom.
Śrī Vyāsadeva gathered and arranged the Vedic revelation into four Vedas, preserving its wisdom for generations to come. He also composed the Mahābhārata—including the Bhagavad-gītā—and the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam, giving the timeless vision of the Vedas a form that could be heard, studied, and lived.
Through Vyāsa, the seers’ vision became a tradition we can still receive today.
A great sage of the Vedic age, Parāśara Muni stands at the very source of the astrological tradition — father of Śrīla Vyāsadeva, who compiled the Vedas, the Bhagavad-gītā, and the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam. To him is attributed the Bṛhat Parāśara Horā Śāstra, the foundational classic of Jyotiṣa, in which the movements of the planets are read as the unfolding map of karma across a soul's journey through birth, life, and death.
"The astrologer reads not chance, but consequence — how the living entity becomes entangled in material nature, and how, in time, it may be released."
Studied today under my Jyotiṣa gurus, Śrī Freedom Cole and Pandit Sanjaya Rath — on whose order I offer my services.
Patañjali gave the practice of Yoga one of its clearest and most enduring formulations. In the Yoga Sūtra, he describes a complete path for understanding the mind, cultivating disciplined practice, and resting in the awareness beyond its fluctuations. His teaching remains a foundation for the study and therapeutic application of Yoga.
“When the fluctuations of the mind are stilled, the Seer abides in its own nature.”
Studied today through the living Yoga tradition of Śrī T. Krishnamacharya and A. G. Mohan.
Caraka Ṛṣi stands among the great physicians of the Ayurvedic tradition. The Caraka Saṁhitā presents health as a foundation for purposeful living, bringing together the body, mind, senses, and deeper life of the person. His work continues to guide an intelligent, compassionate approach to healing.
“The purpose of Āyurveda is to preserve the health of the healthy and to cure the disorder of the sick.”
