Foundations of Yoga
Explore the classical teachings of the Yoga Sūtras and understand yoga as a complete system of self-development.
For thousands of years, yoga has served as a complete system for understanding the human condition and cultivating greater health, clarity, resilience, and inner freedom. At its heart, it asks why we suffer, why we repeat the same patterns, and what creates lasting wellbeing.
Where many people meet yoga through posture alone, Yoga Therapy begins from a different question — not "how flexible am I?" but "what is preventing me from living in balance?" — reading body, breath, mind, and life as one interconnected whole.
The goal is not simply to stretch the body. The goal is to transform the way we relate to ourselves and our lives — so the aim is not information, but transformation.

By the end of the course, you'll hold a practical, integrated framework for working with your body, mind, and breath — and for supporting the same in others.

Explore the certification →Nrikeśarī Dāsa is a Yoga Therapist, Ayurvedic practitioner, and Vedic astrologer. He has studied Yoga Therapy within the living tradition of Śrī T. Krishnamacharya through Dr. Ganesh Mohan and the Svastha Yoga Therapy Program, while training in Ayurveda and the Vedic wisdom systems for over a decade.
After leaving home at eighteen, he spent six years living as a monk, studying across India, Australia, Europe, and the United States.
His teaching integrates Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, nervous-system regulation, and behavioural transformation into a grounded, practical framework — and makes complex teachings accessible without losing their depth.
These reflections come from Nrikeśarī's Yoga Therapy clients. The themes that recur — understanding the whole system, a clear framework, and lasting change — are exactly what this course teaches you to work with.
